Cascades Opening
For some time now the partners of Natal Property Consultants have been considering opening a branch in the Northern Suburbs to compliment our highly successful branch in the Hayfields Mall in the Southern Suburbs.
Late last year an opening arrived when local businessman and property developer, Mr Rob Alexander purchased the Cascades Shopping Centre from the Old Mutual Group.
The partners immediately recognised an opportunity here as Mr Alexander is well known to turn things around. “With his exceptional skill and foresight we had little doubt that the centre would expand and the mix of tenants would improve, thereby bringing more shoppers in to the centre,” comments CEO Bruce Campbell
The partners felt the need to open a branch with the emphasis on a young dynamic smaller team who could best serve our many clients in the Northern Suburbs. With this in mind our youngest partner Paul Campbell was selected to manage a small team of younger vibrant professional agents. Paul reports that, his entire sales team all reside in the northern suburbs and are well equipped to provide a meaningful and professional service to both Buyers and Sellers alike in the Northern areas.
Paul also emphasised that although his office is situated on the Northern side of town, his agency although specialising in the Northern Suburbs, is equipped to offer the full package to Buyers and Sellers. His team have access to properties in all areas of the city as well as outlying areas such as Ashburton, Hilton.
